Well, it's gone to the worse, I cant connect sometimes even resetting my router, i guess i wont be on as much as usual, only times when I can get on lol.. like night times maybe.

But i havent quit, i just wont be on as much cuz of the router problems, I love you all, and keep playing PSO

Shame to be held back by router problems, throw that potato of a router out and get a new one mate.

I know but it's expensive..
The internet is fine. it's just the IP problems or summit connecting to it.

Couldn't even begin to help you find the solution, i know almost nothing about routers. Had trouble just forwarding some ports as Trys will confirm :/

Have you done any diagnostics with your ISP?

If its DSL try the following:
Disconnect all equipment from the phone line except the router.
Ensure that the filter is connected to the wall socket before anything else such as extensions.
Try connecting to the filter to the master socket. The master socket is behind the wall fascia. Removing the 2 screws and fascia should expose the master socket. (This is the case in the UK. May not be else where).
Try a replacement DSL filter.

If the router was provided by the ISP most of the time it isn't likely to be of great quality. But depending on your contract with them, they may actually be responsible for the hardware also and if this is the case have them replace it.

If you're unable to connect to Eden but you can to schthack it may or may not be your router's connection issue. You may or may not need a new one, personally I would contact the router owners and ask to replace it like tofu has suggested.

Ignore my post I over looked your post and thought you had issues with the internet in general.

Can you run a trace route to the server when you are unable to connect. Maybe something's up with the routing.
