 Re: I think I may be stressing out too much... Nope I do not smoke, nor do I drink. I wen to my doctor who pretty much told me if I don't get better I'll have to get medicine to relax me. I have been feeling better though.

Re: I think I may be stressing out too much... Probably best not to rely on medicine for such a thing though. I'm fairly positive that you'll be able to find peace from within, not to sound corny!

Re: I think I may be stressing out too much... Also, try to pinpoint what is making you stress so much and try to alleviate or eliminate it. That can work wonders! Plus I think that medication would just be a band-aid to cover up the root cause, which is stress.
