Come on dead old guys from 200 years ago aren't the only ones with clever tidbits of wisdom or knowledge. Let's here some of you guys observations about things in the world around put into a clever little phrase or two. Hey tell you what I will start. ^_^

If you don't ask too many questions about what's in it you'll never have a problem, and even though it seems like there is more bad than good in there sometimes there are always going to be people no matter how small or big the effort put forth who will be trying to change it to make it a little better."

I was going to say: "If live gives you lemons, throw them back and say 'I don't want your stupid lemons! I want watermelons!'" Portal 2 so nicely framed it in a different way with combustible lemons that burn your house down, so I suppose that won't work.

What else? Hm...

"Adaptability is something that must be learned through practice and not taught by another; that is mere mimicry." Too often I run into this one when doing digital art. I love experimenting with various settings and options. It seems that people who constantly ask for advice and tips on how to do things, without actually trying to mess around themselves, aren't trying to do anything but emulate what they like and expect the knowledge gained from fixing what they don't like to come naturally.

"You cannot make much change through politics." Seriously, politics, at least in the USA, is so polar that an individual that wants to do the right things in a political office would likely be voted out because neither party would endorse them. To actually get something done, you have to unify what you do without bringing politics into it because everyone then starts hating each other and considers it a political ploy to bash each other around ("well we worked together to come up with an answer and you're not playing fair" sorta thing).

These are some phrases I took from my blog, first i'll copy them and then i'll translate them.
They're not in the same (world descriptive) form written as shadowcast's and no one's, but they still have an idea (that I think is at least a bit intelligent) behind:

~Wieso scheint es für fast alle Leute 50 Jahre verheiretet wichtiger als 51 zu sein?
*How can it be more important to people being 50 years married than 51?

~¿A alguien más le pasa que pereciera que todo lo que piensa se cierra sobre sí mismo de manera que si uno llega a decirlo en voz alta, inmediatamente se transforma en contradicción?
*Anyone else has this feeling that everything they think closes on itself so that the moment you were to say it out loud, it'd turn into a contradiction?

~En las presidenciales propongo votar por un independiente, cualquiera sea.
¿Razón?
Un independiente es una persona lo suficientemente idealista e ingenua como para pensar que un independiente puede salir electo.
*On presidencials I propose to vote for any independant.
Reason?
An independant is the only idealist and naive enough person to think an independant may win an election. (Don't know if the appliability of this is subject to location, however the idea can be still caught)

~Cuando me muera quiero que saquen fotos en mi funeral para que me etiqueten en facebook las fotos de mi féretro.
*When I die, I want pictures to be taken so that they mark the pictures of my coffin in facebook.

~Bis Doctoren ihr eigenes Todes nicht zur Verfügung haben, wird Metaphysik nicht wahr sein.
*Until doctors aren't able to control their own death by will, metaphisics aren't true.

Life's a bitch, then you die.

Two thousand 500 million seconds in life,
most get a job,a house, car and wife.

8 hours a day we sleep you see,
less than One thousand million seconds for me.

After toilet and washing and queuing for things,
less than 500 million seconds for things.

Then there's all the things we hate so much,
like paying bills and work and such.

and of course the journeys that we do,
less than 250 million seconds for me or you.

Then there's shopping, cooking and D.I.Y,
Less than 200 million left, I wonder why.

Then there's growing up, and learning things,
and getting old and forgetting things.

So forgetting all that we don't have a lot,
Less than 100 million I've got.

Then there's the health problems that everyone gets,
aches and pains, broken bones and yet;

We somehow recover and we do our best,
Less than 50 million seconds are left.


Thats less than TWO years of life,
to enjoy all the things that we like.

Not a lot really, it goes so fast,
So enjoy it now while it bloody well lasts !

Strangely enough I got more from that than I did from the longer ones.

lol i may be a idiot but i do have some cryptic life logic haha , im only good at entertaining , music and partying .. oh and a bit of art now and again haha
