Solo quests won't unlock.

 Solo quests won't unlock. Rest of the damn solo quests won't unlock... I've activated ALL 3 totems, done ALL quests. Beat Vol Opt and the transporter just takes me to P2, not ruins unlocking room. What's the deal?

Re: Solo quests won't unlock. You have to do government quest in multi mode to unlock more solo quests (same difficultly). You need up to 4-1 unlocked to get all the ep1 solo stuff.

Re: Solo quests won't unlock. Ughhh really? All that pissing about just to be able to repeat solo quests and convert enemy parts? Why is unlocking the solo stuff tied to the multiplayer quests? Was never like that in base game.
