 Can't connect to the patch server on specific PC (SOLVED) I've exceptions for all of the Eden related .exes in the firewall, I've cleaned the registry using Wise Registry Cleaner, I have tried logging in from several different connections/locations..
Absolutely nothing has worked, I can't get to the patch server at all on this specific PC.. XD
No idea what do do now.

did the same with no security of any kind running. Still can't connect. x.x
I've tried it at both my connection at home and McDonald's wifi (trying to play while on break. XD)
I'll point out that I can connect and play just fine with my other two PCs at home.

Re: Can't connect to the patch server on this specific PC It's most likely a firewall preventing the connection. But if that's definitely been disabled it could be an issue with the name resolution. Open up command prompt (Windows Key+R and enter cmd and click ok) and type: ping chokoserver.ath.cx and hit enter. This will confirm if the name resolution working and perform a ping test. If you could let me know the results of that test.

Ping statistics for 5.135.184.117:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)
I JUST logged in and out on my other PC with no issues at all right before pinging and timing out on my laptop.
Going to try restarting it whether it helps or not. :P
EDIT: And restarting accomplished nothing.

Re: Can't connect to the patch server on this specific PC The name is resolving fine but something is blocking the connection as the ping test confirms. Some network security software can be a pain and continues to block traffic even when the firewall is disabled. Could you confirm what network security software/firewall/antivirus you have installed?
