 2 Questions! Question #1:
Does your ID affect the chance at what kind of materials one gets?
Question #2:
Is there an alternate way to convert enemy weapons into parts other than going to Dr. Montague? I don't want to solo government quests online because I don't wanna get my butt beat lol (I don't like playing alone xP).

Re: 2 Questions! 1. No. Unless its specifically added to that classes ID drop table.
2. No. However I can add a USE option to these parts if the demand is high enough. Although I'd prefer to add a item combination entry ie. Booma right arms + PHOTON CLAW = Booma Claw.
