Hi, sorry if this is the wrong forum but I saw no tech support forum.

I have a 3440x1440 144hz HDR Ultrawide on my custom gaming computer. It runs Windows 10 Home 21H2 (latest version) with all updates. I have game mode enabled and I also have the newer "high performance" setting on in the video settings. GPUs are SLI EVGA 1080tis FTW3.

I merged the .reg file. My problem is, Option.exe won't open at all to change the graphic quality, so it's using the lowest quality models and no antialiasing. I changed Options in eden's launcher to windowed mode and 1920x1080 but the game is opening in a tiny window (640x480) which I then resize to be bigger. Fullscreen at any resolution does not work at all and I prefer to play the game fullscreen 4:3. When I try to launch the game in fullscreen mode I get a small black square to appear briefly in the top left of my monitor which then disappears and the game doesn't open. Needless to say, lowest model quality, no antialiasing and a 640x480 window stretched to fill the center of my screen makes the game look absolutely horrible. It's playable but yeah.

Additionally, the game is not saving my account credentials and I have to enter them every single time I want to log in to the game, including changing characters.

Any help getting the game to look better on a 2022 gaming rig would be much appreciated. Thank you.

You have to run the launcher as an admin to have the game take advantage of the higher resolutions other wise it will default to a small window.

Not running the launcher as an administrator is probably what is causing your sonic team reg file where it would save your login info to not update as well as not having those permissions is probably conflicting with windows defender which may just be trying to protect the registry.

Ok. The game is still not saving my login but running the launcher as an administrator (and right clicking, going to properties and making it permanent in the compatability tab) fixed the crappy graphics, the fullscreen problem and everything else. Thank you japana.
